Tools/Supplies Needed:

Procedure:
• first start by picking a photo you want to use for lowering the vehicle (normally it does make it easier if there is a transition with the material/landscape to provide and easy cut line)
• make a copy of the image layer by dragging it down to the "new layer" tool, which will make a copy of the image layer
• now this step is optional, but does make the process a little easier and less confusing
• label the lower layer as "base" and the above layer as "upper".
• make the "base" layer invisible, then selected the "polygonal lasso" tool
• make sure you have the "upper" layer selected, using the "polygonal lasso" tool to select the lower section of the along with the fenders of the vehicle and delete
• turn on the base layer to visible
• using the "move" tool with the "upper" layer selected, drag the "upper" downward on the screen to lower the vehicle
• now you will be left with a gap at the top of the image, you can either change the canvas size or stretch the top portion of the "upper" layer image
• to change the canvas size, go to image/canvas Size on the top tabs
• then change value of the height of the image
• to stretch the image, make sure you have the "upper" layer selected using the "rectangular marquee" tool, select the upper portion of the image
• now go to image/transform/scale
• grabbing the top grip on the selection box, stretch the selected portion of the image to the distance needed to cover up the gap
• press "enter" once you are done.
• once you are satisfied with your image, you are ready save and you're done
